Twin Pines is a large home nestled in the middle of the country and can easily fit several families or a group of friends. Great spaces inside and out. 3 minute drive to Wilmot Ski Resort-Perfect for Groups (golf, ski, bachelor/ette), Families, Corporate Retreats and more!

The first floor includes a convenient King Bedroom (King Bed - Two Twin XL Beds pushed together), perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. You'll love the charm of the winding staircase and the modern, fully equipped kitchen that makes cooking together fun and easy. The open floor plan gives everyone plenty of room to chat, share meals, and relax. There's also a cozy sitting room in the front of the house where you can unwind, read, or just enjoy the view of peaceful pine trees outside the window. The breakfast area faces the patio and fills with morning light, a great spot for coffee or an evening cocktail. Washer and dryer is also located on the main floor, along with a large living room and dining room.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are designed with families in mind. There's a twin room with three separate twin beds, along with three additional bedrooms, each with two full beds. There is an additional King Bedroom (King Bed - Two Twin XL Beds combined with a connector) with a beautiful balcony overlooking the back yard. Everyone will have space to spread out and get a good night's rest.

In the fully finished basement you will find three additional bedrooms, each with two Twin beds, along with another family room w/Smart TV, Foosball Table, board games, and an Arcade Style Monopoly Pin Ball Machine! There is also another full bathroom and a wetbar sink.

Step outside and enjoy the fresh country air. Play pickleball, tennis, or play a game of basketball on the new court. Let the kids explore the swing set play area, or gather around the fire pit for cozy nights under the stars! (Firewood not provided)

The best part of this property is the year-round heated indoor pool house! It has a shower and sink to rinse off, plus a large smart TV and Sonos sound system so you can relax in or out of the water. Can you say game day at the pool? It's like having your own private resort no matter what season it is-Bring on the snow!

Twin Pines is close to Lake Geneva, Wilmot Mountain Ski Area, Safari Lake Geneva, and nearby nature and conservation areas for hiking and exploring. There's so much to do nearby, but once you arrive, you may never want to leave this peaceful retreat.

*Property is on well water, which is routinely tested and is safe to drink. It can at times become discolored due to high iron in the water/slight smell-this is normal for the area.
*After your reservation is confirmed, we will send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement and completing additional identity verification, which may include providing a valid form of identification, are required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.
