Indulge your senses! Relax in style with this spacious bohemian-chic beachfront home. Oceanview's at every level with decking to sit and unwind in the salty breeze. Beautiful wood flooring, three extra large bedrooms each with a private full bathroom. Spacious living area with open concept kitchen and dining. Safe and sound inside this gated secure townhome with garage parking for two vehicles plus one additional space.
Island Vacation Rentals will share all the best spots on the island with you! We are available by phone, text, email for questions and assistance if needed, otherwise it is self check-in and check-out with a keypad door code.
Be our guest! You will enjoy privacy and space, we are locals and on the island if you need us... Guest have full access to entire home, garage (except a few locked utility closets) heated pool and of course the beach.

So many updates needed. Living room rug is a tripping hazard! 2 people tripped and fell over it. Kitchen cabinet is loose on its hinges and gives the initial indication of falling off. Chair in the bunk room is pealing apart in sheets of faux leather. Almost 1/2 the dishes were put away dirty w dried on food. Oh and neither slider to the balconies will lock. Yes the location and view are amazing but I’ll look for a more updated unit to rent. Several reviews have mentioned it needs to be updated and it’s true. Pool, beach and restaurant are fantastic!

Million dollar view

If you like watching the sunrise do not miss this property. Absolutely breathtaking views every morning. The unit is very spacious and has everything we needed. Everything was clean and as described. There are a couple maintenance items in need of attention and some areas are in need of an update for sure, but the location and convenience of this property still makes it an absolute gem and we plan to return. Private walkway to the beach is everything.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Amazing location with direct view of the ocean. Suggestions: the bunkbed room is not comfortable as the metal poles holding the beds together are extremely squeaky and loud. Towel hooks for the bathrooms would be helpful. Suggest a loveseat sofa or cozy chairs in the living room. Bar stools for the high countertop in the kitchen.

Great location!

Property had great views of the ocean and easy access. The property layout with primary sleeping rooms at the top, and living area in the middle, above a reasonably large garage (long, but not very wide) was great for us. The only identified downside was that the master bathroom didn't have any towel holders, and some of the cabinets were missing paint.

Location + Comfortable stay!

Location, location, location! We LOVED it. This property has the pool and beach access that made for an amazing stay! The house itself was comfortable with nice places for our crew of 7 to hang out when not on the roam. Beds were comfy, but light sleepers may not enjoy sharing the bunk bed as the metal frame does creak if someone is up top, lol. And, while the house is generally well set up, we appreciated the use of washer and dryaer, and it has a SUPER convenient garage you can use, the kitchen is not really set up for much beyond basic use is what we found (but not "real" involved cooking) . In short, we had a great stay, and would stay again when we wanted to splurge on a beach stay!

Awesome time in Tybee!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect. Super short walk to the beach with pool, bar and restaurant. We also could walk to shops, ice cream etc and our two boys rented bikes nearby. The house itself was great and plenty of room. Plus a garage! We plan to return!

Great location

The location was perfect! The unit was very roomy and perfect size for our group. The beds were comfy and plenty of towels available. The pool and restaurant nearby made for a great evening! The negatives— The bathrooms could use a little TLC, the main floor shower screeches while in use (only enough pressure for one faucet at a time), and the cleaning crew might want to check the couch cushions to vacuum them between guests. We found old cereal on the floor by the couches and chairs. Overall, this was a great spot and would be even better in the summer!

Great house, great location!

We had such a nice stay! The condo was the perfect size for my husband, daughter, mother and I for a long weekend in Tybee. The restaurant on property was less than a minute walk away and the beach was so close & easy to get to (just walk out the back door!). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals too. Overall, wonderful stay and would definitely come back!!

Great family location

This location was perfect for families. The townhouse was great, 3 rooms that each had their own bathroom. There were two flights of stairs though. The best part was the restaurant and pool a 30 second walk from our front door. Great location for parents wanting to enjoy the beach, and keep little kids fed and napped as well!

Beautiful Views

This property was lovely. Light and airy, gorgeous views and a prime location. Nothing but gardens and sand dunes between you and the ocean. The furnishings were tasteful, the property was clean, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped for a vacation property. The only real negative was the insanely squeaky bed in the master bedroom. It was very, very loud, and squeaked with the slightest movement. If the owners of the property would swap out the existing bedframe for something quieter it would make this property just perfect, but the bed in the master was so loud it made it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Also - and I realize this this may have just been user-error on our part - we had trouble figuring out the locking mechanisms on the front door and the door to the garden/beach area. If you were inside it was hard to tell if the door was actually locked or not. A little notecard with instructions would be helpful for guests. We were able to figure it out, but only after a couple of rounds of trial and error.
