Relax in this spacious three bedroom, three and a half bath newly remodeled townhouse with new furnishings, interior design, and amazing views. Wake up to spectacular views of the ocean and listen to the waves break just beyond the Master Bedroom balcony.

This townhome offers a coastal farmhouse décor that will make guests feel right at home. The living room is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, and flat-screen TV. Attached balcony has a new porch swing along with outdoor seating and dining. Full-size desk with dual monitors and a printer are available for guest use.

Recently upgraded with new appliances and countertops, the fully equipped kitchen opens into the dining room and living room for a wide-open floorplan layout. The dining table seats 8, and the breakfast bar has two additional seats at the counter. Just off the main entrance, guests will find a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, fireplace, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, attached master bath, and private balcony with an amazing ocean view.

First Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed, and second Guest Bedroom has a King size bed with walk-in closet, both furnished with TV's and ceiling fans. They share a full bathroom with tub/shower combination, large closet and is accessible from both guest bedrooms from the hall. Plenty of beach towels are located here for guest use.

On the ground floor, you will find an additional full bathroom conveniently located just inside the home for use after a day at the beach or a soak in the hot tub. There is covered parking for 2 cars, plus parking for two additional cars on the driveway.

Sea Breeze is located mid-island within walking distance of many restaurants and other activities such as the Tybee Island YMCA, library, and Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, tennis courts, and bike path. Enjoy ocean views with sea breezes and take advantage of private beach access to the beautiful beaches of Tybee Island!

We had an amazing stay on Tybee Island. The beach was beautiful and everyone was really friendly. The property was gorgeous and the outdoor shower and downstairs shower was amazing with a bunch of kids returning from the beach. The hottub was more like a swim spa that fit 6 people comfortably. I cooked most nights and found the kitchen adequately stocked for all my needs. Our first time visiting Tybee and we had a wonderful time.

Excellent Location for a Family Vacation

This was my second time visiting beautiful Tybee, and our first family trip to Tybee. My fiancé, myself and our four kids under the age of 9 had an amazing time, and created lifelong memories together during our nine day trip. This location was perfect for my family of six. The beach wasnt over crowded, the neighborhood was quiet, and your not to close everything in town, and your not to far away either. The condo is very spacious, modern and clean. It is at a great location, and all the amenities were extremely nice.The outdoor grill was a huge plus! The view from the top balcony was amazing, and the second floor balcony was very relaxing, and the perfect place to eat dinner, and hangout. The beautiful Tybee Island North Beach was only a short walk away which was perfect for our kids, and the leftover beach toys, boogie boards and chairs were a huge bonus for our kids. We unfortunately never had a chance to enjoy the hot tub, although that is definitely a nice feature to have available. The kitchen has every appliance you need, and is fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans, and cups/dishes.All in all we had a wonderful trip, and are looking forward to visiting again in the future, and we will definitely look for this condo again.The host Dotty was easy to contact, responded quickly and provided helpful information and excellent instructions.I strongly recommend this host and the location.Thank You!

The house was just perfect for our group of 7. Great partial ocean view from the lower and upper decks. Clean, everything that we needed was there. And the host, Dotty, was so helpful and kind! That area of the beach on Tybee is the best-not crowded at all, great waves, wonderful. We hope to stay at your home again next summer Mrs. Jones!

Quiet side street with direct beach access.

We had 2 grandchildren with us both under 2 years. They loved it. The beach, a short walk over sand dunes, was gentle and the waves small enough for toddlers. Beach access is to one of the less crowded sections of Tybee. We enjoyed the covered porch for our evening family time. The house was very well provisioned and the host responsive to all our questions. Two side notes: We did our grocery shopping at the Publix 8 miles away - much more selection than the local IGA. The highly recommended Crab Shack was not to my liking - alligators, parrots and food are not a great combo. IMHO.

Great time in Tybee

We had a truly great time in this home. It’s a short walk to the beach. The hot tub was perfect for warming up after windy beach days. You can walk to the deck for lunch or dinner. The home is very cozy and perfect for a small family. Just a lovely time.

Amazing location

It was a relaxing week at the beach, with a good firework show to celebrate the 4th of July! We went to Savannah twice since it was so close. The property could use some updates but I would 100% recommend it or stay there again in the future.

Family Reunion

Loved this property! The listing is accurate in terms of photos and location. We were in town for a week over Memorial Day and really enjoyed our stay. It was super comfortable, very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The porch and hot tube were amazing! One note is that toiletries are not provided so make sure you pack some or plan to make a stop. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay in Tybee. The condo was clean and amazingly free of sand on the floors. Our only complaint was there were dirty dishes mixed in with clean ones in the cabinet ( plates, cups and glasses). We had to run the dishwasher before we had our first meal. Everything else was lovely, well decorated, clean and comfortable.
