This cheerful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo allows you to experience a day on the beach before you even step onto the sand! The sunny walls are accented with art portraying a plethora of summer fun activities, from sunbathing to surfing, and the private balcony looks out over the palm trees and lawn out to the new oceanfront pool complex with walk up bar and restaurant. With a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and an extra-long and cushy couch, there's plenty of room for up to five people to enjoy all of the amenities of Beachside Colony! The full kitchen has granite countertops and plenty of space for preparing a family meal, and when you'd like a break from cooking, there are many island restaurants to enjoy, including the onsite option, The Deck Beach Bar & Kitchen.

This condo has an open view from the balcony of the lawn and pool area in the center of the resort. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.
