OUTSIDE

The beach is right in front of the garden which enjoys the sun all day until sunset, being West facing it's perfect for sunbathing and al fresco dining. From the lounge patio doors or off the side access, you will love the spacious decked area and the glass-screened 4 seater hot tub.

There is a partly grassed garden, stainless steel charcoal BBQ, sun loungers and 2 wooden picnic tables. Enjoy the uninterrupted panoramic sea views and amazing sunsets right over the Cambrian Coast!

Parking

Off road parking for 3 car maximum. Extra free parking is available on the seafront about 100 yards walk. The owners have a small storage shed for keeping boards and bikes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pet friendly with a surcharge applying. We require details of the age and breed before accepting. Dogs are welcome on the beach except in the restricted area in front of the prom Apr-Sept.
Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. Please bring your own robes & beach towels.

HOT TUB
Guest have use of the hot tub located on the rear patio from 9.00 AM until 9.45 PM each evening (no later as it is in a residential area)
We reserve the right to charge a security deposit of £399 for properties with a hot tub, payable directly to Lounge Holidays and reimbursed within 14 days of departure as per our website T&Cs.
