Perla Bianca is a splendid villa with pool and a beautiful green garden, completely fenced with an automatic gate and covered parking space. The house is built on 2 levels and  has a large solarium near the pool from where you can enjoy the amazing sunset on the Ionian sea near the beach of Ugento. Furthermore there is a large furnished patio with table and chairs so you can have lunch and dinner outdoors using the barbecue. Plus there`s external shower and relaxing areas with hammocks so you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

the interior of the villa is divided into a spacious living room and a sitting area with tv. There`s also a well-equipped kitchen so you can enjoy cooking you favorite dish. A juicers , an electric kettle and coffee machine with capsule is also at you disposal. To complete the ground floor there`s the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. 

On the lower floor there` s an other sleeping area plus a kitchenette: 3 bedrooms, of which 2 double and one twin bedroom each with a en suite bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with all modern comforts such as : air conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, mosquito nets, hair-dryer and iron board.

Perla Bianca is a beautiful and impressive villa with pool, located in Fontanelle, Torre San Giovanni, the seaside of Ugento. Immersed in the nature of the park, the villa is near the sandy beaches of the Ionian coast where you can find several free beaches as bathing establishment, where you can also go for a drink during the evening.  The center of Torre San Giovanni is easily to reach and offer all main services such as restaurant, shops and bars. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- The villa is composed by a ground floor and a basement.

Für Gäste verfügt diese Villa über Grillmöglichkeiten, einen Garten und eine Wäscherei. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet.
