Three-room vacation house sleeps 6 just a stone`s throw from the historic center of Ugento.
The apartment is on two floors and is self-contained and independent,
except for a small garden at the back, shared with another vacation
home.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, microwave, electric oven, iron and ironing board, heaters, car charging station, etc.
A crib is available on request, with extra charge. Pets are allowed.

The
three-room apartment at Residenza Nonna Lucia is a cozy, newly
renovated, simple and bright apartment, furnished with care. It is
spread over two levels.
On the ground floor there is a fully
equipped kitchen with dining room, from which you exit to the garden, a
small space with lawn and trees shared with another apartment.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one quadruple with 1 double bed + 2 single beds, separated by a corridor from which there is access to a small terrace with panoramic views of the historic center of Ugento.
The three-room apartment is completed by 2 shower rooms, one on each floor.

The
vacation apartment is for rent in the center of Ugento, Capo di Leuca, a
few steps from the historic center, the Castle, the important newly
renovated museum.
The location is strategic because in just a few
minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of
Lower Salento, along the Ionian coast of Salento.
The nearest beaches are those of Torre San Giovanni just 7 km away, those of Torre Mozza 11 km away, and the beaches of Gallipoli with Lido Pizzo about 18 km away. Santa Maria di Leuca is also very close, just 25 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden.
