The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a covered terrace. In the garden, guests can enjoy the shared barbecue area with a table and chairs, as well as a shared playground. Free public parking is available in front of the house.
The comfortable apartment is furnished in a simple style and features three bedrooms. The first bedroom has one double bed and one single bed, the second bedroom has three single beds, while the last bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen is included and changed weekly.

Free public parking is available in front of the house, and guests need to cross the main road to reach it.

-to empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
-to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
-to inform us of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the key handover.
