Villa Cenobio F is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house made of stone. It sleeps four people. From Villa Cenobio F you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Umbrian hills, of the forest and of the greenery. Villa Cenobio F is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a shared jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, two shared patios, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 13 km (8.1 miles) from Umbertide, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles) and a grocery store at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles).
Villa Cenobio F is located on the first floor of an ancient convent. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps.
To stay at Villa Cenobio F you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately 20 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. It is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a roof and by gazebos. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Umbrian hills, of the forest and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 7 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Patio 1
The first patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic roof and by perfumed trees. It is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs and with tables, chairs and a gazebo. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Patio 2
The second patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Terrace
The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a French bed (available upon request -- please contact our staff in advance). There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window.
Mezzanine Level with bathroom
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine has a double bed (140 cm/55 inches). The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. On the mezzanine level there is a bathroom, small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
