Beautiful clean cozy home. Beds were so comfortable. We had a great time here! It was a walk away to the corner store and bar/restaurant, and we were able to take a little longer walk to the beautiful beach. Fire pit was awesome and so was the hot tub.

Nice house with plenty of room to spread out. It looks like the pictures. Very nice outdoor spaces, enjoyed the hot tub. We liked the neighborhood location. You can walk to the beach, about a mile. Shops and restaurants are just a short drive away.

Summer work week escape to Union Pier

I fell in love with this perfect spot to work a week away from home during the summer. The advance communications were extremely helpful as was the welcome goodie bag. I loved the design of the home, its decorating and furnishings and its idyllic property with so many outside options to work and relax. It was in a wonderful location away from summer vacationers but walking distance to town and the beach. Wouldn't change a thing!

Everything was as expected. We certainly enjoyed ourselves, especially our evening card games on the comfortable deck. Well equipped home. Very clean. Easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed visiting several vineyards & tasting rooms across the area.

Relaxing and peaceful getaway

Our family enjoyed this perfect, clean, and comfortable home for several days. The owners were VERY accommodating and communicated very well. We have absolutely zero complaints and would definitely visit again in a heartbeat. We have rented many properties in the area and this is one of the best we've ever seen in all categories of cleanliness, comfort, and location. It is conveniently close to everything in the area worth doing/visiting but also nicely tucked away from the busy areas. And the local shops (bakery, eatery, and ice cream) are all delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dreamhouse

My wife chose this property based on the decore. She walked in and stated that this was her dreamhouse! The furnishing were beautiful and very clean. The beds/comforters were SO comfy! They had left a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room which gave the room such a warm feeling. Ironically, this home sat in front of my brother's backyard~which told us it was in a wonderful neighborhood. We saw soo many deer too! We highly recommend this cozy home! *Side note~ It was confusing to know which consumables we could use since there was a note about additional fees.

Awesome Union Pier cottage

This cottage was close to Union pier businesses and walkable to beach. Great outdoor living areas which were perfect for hanging out, playing games and reading. Cottage had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family.

Great week at the beach

I loved staying at this house with my husband and two adult daughters. We have been coming to union pier with two other families for 25 years and this year didn’t disappoint! While we had to drive to the beach, the location was quiet and the house was really beautiful. The outside space was perfect for our communal dinners and the fire pit and hot tub were great for after dinner lounging. The property manager was so helpful and when we arrived and we never had any other needs while we were there Would definitely rent this house again!

Great House

The house was as advertised, very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub and there was even wood supplied for the outside firepits. We hiked the near by Warren Dunes. We did a lot of cooking in the house and the kitchen and grill were great. The large, central table was perfect for dinners and games afterward. My daughter said this was her favorite rental house. We would definitely stay there again.

NYE WEEKEND STAY

We decided to change our normal year to year NYE plans and go away for the weekend- and the house was exactly what we were looking for! The only snafu we had was the fridge went out- but we contacted the management company and within a half hour we had coolers and ice at our disposal for all our food since it was a holiday and it could not get fixed! It worked perfectly!!! The house couldn’t have been cleaner and super accesssible to all the local shops and restaurants! Will definitely stay again!

Lovely home
