This lovely suite is located in building 19, constructed in 2001, and one of the newer buildings in the complex. Open and spacious, this home features west-facing vistas that provide amazing views of Gore Creek, Bald Mountain, and, of course, spectacular mountain sunsets! The living space includes a mounted flatscreen TV, a gas fireplace, and beautiful leather seating. There is a king-size bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in a second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. A community hot tub is also provided exclusively for this building. You'll even have access to the free shuttle to take you into the Town of Vail, and the bus runs every 15 minutes during ski season.

We really liked the condo. Would have been nice if it had been a little closer to lifts & slopes. Also an on call shuttle would have been nice although shuttles did run quite frequently but it was a little bit of a walk to shuttle/bus stop and on icy roads that wasn't always the best. Hot tub was great and easy access to it. Wanted to grill burgers one night and grill didn't work even though there were 2 gas cannisters available. Switched to the one that seemed the most full but the grill still didn't work so just cooked that burgers on top of the stove. Nice neighbor living one floor above that helped with contacting owner about correct remote for living room TV. Correct remotes are marked for rooms they are to be used in. Thanks. We had fun!!! Even an awesome game of Jenga one night!

Terrible host - avoid Vacasa at all costs

The property looked very promising upon check-in, however we quickly found that there was no running water. We reached out to the host through the provided contact info which reached a call center for Vacasa. We were eventually informed via that a pipe had burst in the building (unsure if this was hours or days before check-in) which basically ended with "sorry for the inconvenience, it will probably be fixed tomorrow morning" - no offer to make anything right or provide alternative arrangements. We called back about any reparations and were again informed by the call center rep that they would contact local management and get back to us. We had checked in at 4 pm after a full day of skiing and by 8 pm after calling and texting several times, no response, we eventually decided to get a hotel for the night. We went skiing the next day and tried to come back to the property, but there was still no running water, therefore no ability to cook any of the groceries we had bought or use the bathroom. We contacted Vacasa again who agreed to refund one night since we had to get a hotel, and informed that they would get back to us regarding a refund for the whole stay. We stated to them at that point that as there was no indication provided of when the water would be fixed and it was already two days into the 5 day trip, we were going to check out and find other arrangements for the rest of our stay. Vacasa finally called back two days later and said they wouldn't provide any further refunds after the first night as they considered the burst pipe "an act of god". We are now trying to work with VRBO to get a refund for the whole stay, but the situation with Vacasa has been terrible. We've had to wait on hold for hours, got zero proactive communication from them, they never responded when they said they would and we had to call and wait on hold anytime we were trying to get any info on the status of our stay. Then finally, they screwed us by not refunding any money for a contract that they had broken. Sorry, but you can't say a burst pipe is an act of god when you're renting a property in a ski town that obviously gets cold. This is normal activity and that's part of the cost of doing business. Avoid Vacasa at all costs!

Vail all the way

Property was great. I was told the pool would be closed. Then we saw some people in there yesterday and realized it was open. Reached out about the code to get in and never got a response. Plus sent a email about later check out time and finally got response after I called .Also did not realize that everything with VBRO is a 10 o’clock check out time. May need to look for places that have a later checkout time even Hotel have a later time. Thanks

Great Property-Great Location

The property was very clean and in a part of Vail that's less hectic. It was well stocked with all the kitchen ware needed and not low end. BBQ is large and there was even a spare full propane tank. Great view and the sounds of Gore creek at night were great. Easy walking distance to the free shuttle and there is a great part and playground about 1/3 mile east. The pool was undergoing repairs and wasn't open (no fault of the owners). Overall a great spot and we would gladly stay again!

We were really happy with our stay at this nice condo. It was clean, spacious, right near the shuttle (as advertised), and the semi-private hot tub was a huge plus after skiing! Definitely would recommend.

Great Condo for Skiing

Very happy with the property . It was clean, kitchen was well-equipped. We really enjoyed the gas range and gas grill. Short walk to the shuttle stop made it easy to get to the ski area.

Quiet and peaceful

Nicely updated condo. Quiet area in East Vail. Gore creek runs just below the building, and the sounds were so relaxing. It is either a shuttle bus ride or 5-10 min drive to get to vail village or lionshead. Plenty of road biking since it’s close to the Vail pass trail. in this pandemic, I was looking to stay away from crowds. It’s exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time

Nice place. Lots of room. Close to the shuttle. Only a few steps up to the door, which was great after a long day skiing. Hot tub was a stand alone unit, so there was a bit to using it. Had to remove the cover, figure out the controls, couldn't make it warmer,etc. But, better than no hot tub at all. Overall a great time.

Great 3 Bedroom Unit - Short Walk to Bus Stop

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this unit. Everything was updated and in good working order. We would stay here again. One suggestion, the master bathroom shower hot water could have been just a little hotter.
