This Vail condo comfortably sleeps four with a cozy bedroom, full bath, and pullout couch. The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, while community amenities like the hot tub, pool, and lounge elevate your stay. Just minutes from world-class skiing, scenic trails, and après-ski fun, this retreat blends comfort, convenience, and mountain adventure for a truly memorable getaway.

This first-floor condo is your cozy Vail retreat, perfectly designed for a small group or family getaway. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bathroom, a dedicated workspace with computer monitor, and a Smart TV—perfect for both relaxation and productivity. In the living room, a queen-size pullout couch and second Smart TV provide extra space for guests to rest and unwind.

The en suite bathroom is bright, clean, and fully stocked with hotel-style essentials. You’ll find fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided, so you can pack light and feel right at home.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook—from morning coffee to hearty post-ski dinners. The dining space flows seamlessly into the living room, making it easy to enjoy meals, play board games, or gather together to plan your next Vail adventure.
LOUNGE
The living room is a cozy hub for relaxation, offering a Smart TV, comfortable seating, a queen-size pullout couch, and a small cocktail table—perfect for sipping drinks or setting out snacks. Board games are also provided for laid-back evenings after a day outdoors.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Step out to your own small private patio, or enjoy the larger community patio with tables and a propane grill (available in summer). On the second floor, you’ll find the community room with a couch, TV, ping pong, and foosball. Relax year-round in the community hot tub, or take a dip in the seasonal summer pool (open early June–mid-September). A coin-operated washer and dryer is also located in the building for guest use.

This condo is located in a safe and well-kept neighborhood just off main access routes, making it easy to get around Vail and the surrounding area. A short two minute walk to the Vail Golf Club and Nordic Center. Operates as the golf club in the summer and nordic center in the winter. At the golf club/nordic center is also the Clubhouse bus stop for the vail Golf course bus line. This line takes you into Vail village for free! A grocery store is only 5 minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby for every taste.

•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
