"We had a seamless check in and the receptionist was very friendly. Overall, the staffs at the hotels were very nice and helpful. However, the mattress sinks in the middle and feels worn out, which made it very uncomfortable throughout the night. we could hardly sleep during the whole night as it was super uncomfortable. "
