- Spacious master bedroom equipped with a 160x200 cm double bed, open wardrobe, mirror and access to a balcony with views of the neighborhood.

- Bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, large sink, toilet and mirror.

- Spectacular master bedroom with the charm of a sloping ceiling and ensuite bathroom with a window to the interior patio (where the clothesline is located). Accessed by stairs, 160x200 cm double bed, open wardrobe and ceiling fan with remote control. There is also a trundle bed, equipped with two 90x200 cm single beds.

It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchenware: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel and shampoo. Coffee capsules and 1.5l mineral water bottle.

The neighborhood:

Located in the maritime neighborhood of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century. This is an emblematic neighborhood, especially now, because it is undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after having been deteriorated in previous decades. Its resurgence has turned it into a lively area in terms of leisure and culture, it is the currently fashionable neighborhood, due to the social awareness that the importance of the traditional and the authentic has generated. With the reopening of the Musical Theater and La Fábrica de Hielo, Valencia's newest cultural offering has its epicenter in El Cabañal. In terms of gastronomy, this is a neighborhood of homemade food and seafood, as well as highly valued places to go for beers and tapas.
