Welcome to my apartment!
Please note that parties, loud noises, and smoking are STRICTLY prohibited inside the apartment, as it is equipped with noise level monitors and smoke detectors. Pets are also not allowed.
This charming 90 m² apartment features 3 double beds and a sofa bed spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, the living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table. Down the hallway, you'll find the bathroom and the first bedroom with a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and tableware, including an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and more.
For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher for effortless cleanup, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your laundry needs.
The second bedroom is located on the upper floor, accessible via stairs from the downstairs bedroom. This upper floor features two double beds, separated by a large partition for privacy.
The bathroom is on the first floor and includes all necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The flat doesn't have windows, but it has a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh inside the accommodation. As it's at street level, there may be some noise on weekdays.
To keep things comfortable for everyone, parties, loud noise, smoking, and pets are not allowed. The apartment has noise monitors and smoke detectors, and furniture must stay inside the property.
Please note that under no circumstances is it allowed to use, disturb, or affect the public road, the sidewalk, or the exterior areas, nor to remove furniture from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.
Early check-in is available subject to accommodation availability and prior confirmation. An additional cost may apply.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
Please note that under no circumstances may public areas, sidewalks, or exterior spaces be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture must not be removed or placed outside the property. Out of respect for coexistence, behaviours that disturb public order, create noise, or affect cleanliness are prohibited. It is also prohibited to remove any furnishings, chairs or household items from the property. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
