Ahhh the views! Eagle's Crest is the perfect vacation spot 
 so perfect, you'll never want to leave! Surrounded by natural beauty, this home is high upon the mountain, so close to the sky you might touch the clouds.

As you enter this rustic cabin, you'll notice the exposed wood walls, cozy décor and great room with a big couch, fireplace and flat-screen TV. The dining area and kitchen make this a place for everyone to come together and share meals. With seating for 6-8 around the dining table, you'll have room to eat, make crafts and play games. A fully appointed kitchen gives you all the comforts of home, and the outdoor deck with custom raised deck chairs beckons for an afternoon of reading, eagle sightings, or just a quiet place for conversation and a glass of wine. The outdoor fire pit is your dream come true for late night s'mores and tall tales.

The master bedroom features a comfortable sleigh bed and the master bath has a gorgeous walk-in shower. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath; each have a king sleigh bed plus a twin – space for the whole family!

Surrounded by hardwoods and the great outdoors, you'll be drawn to the hiking trails, waterfalls and gorgeous vistas of the surrounding area — don't forget your camera to capture the all the natural beauty!. When not exploring or relaxing at the cabin, the local downtown area is a lovely day trip to enjoy shopping and dining. And the perfect way to end your day? The deck, of course! Ahhh the views 
 reconnect with nature and all its beauty to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

This cabin is located in a rural, wooded environment. During certain times of the year, seasonal insects such as beetles and stink bugs are common in the area and may occasionally enter the cabin. These insects are harmless and are a normal part of staying in a natural setting. Preventative pest-control measures are in place; however, complete elimination is not possible in this environment.

Poor cleanliness (over 200 dead and alive lady beetles in an upstairs bedroom plus more throughout the cabin) and septic system issues were significantly disappointing with this rental that has so much potential! After our experience, we would not rent here again. On a brighter note, the amazing view, lovely furniture, cabin lay out, coffee bar area, and so many details were excellent....yet the bug infestation and septic system repairs need to be top priority!

Best part was the mountain view! It was spectacular!This rustic log cabin has seen it best days in the past. It could use a good scrubbing and redo. The gas fireplace did not work due to no propane in tank. Maintenance came out to ck and said they would have to fill the tank.We were warned about the the Asian beetles swarming this time of year, but didn't expect the amount that got inside. The windows could use some caulking.Our host/manager had great communication with my concerns and came with products to help with the insect invasion.

Great place for a girls trip. Beautiful views from cabin. Nice and relaxing. Beds were comfortable as well. Although we didn’t use them it was supplied with puzzles, games and books. Would be great for a family with children.

Family Time

We enjoyed the weekend at this beautiful cabin. We surprised my mom for her birthday with this trip. Last week, she had a health scare and will get an area biopsied that is suspicious of cancer on her lungs this Thursday. This trip was a time to not let the worries hinder our family time. We enjoyed sitting on the porch together and enjoying the beautiful views. We loved watching the birds and sunsets. We enjoyed be around the firepit smoking some hotogs and smores. The cabin was beautiful. We hope to stay again in the future.

Family getaway

My family and in-laws were able to take a short weekend trip to Mentone. We’ve made several trips to the area but this was the best view from any cabin we’ve used. The porch and view were beyond words and the cabin was perfect with comfy beds. We wish we could have stayed longer and looks forward to coming back

Weekend Getaway

It was a great little get away! I have always wanted to see Mentone for it beauty and it lives up to its hype. The management at the cabin was great to work with and very easy process of check in and check out. Beds are comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. We will be back!

Perfect/!!!

We could not have asked for anything better. The cabin was stocked with anything that we could need. Very clean and up to date. The view was fantastic and we watch the eagles daily as they flew through the air space. We were reluctant to leave the back porch/desk to see the local sites. The views!

The cabin was great! Well decorated cabin with plenty of room for the three of us. The couch/swing out on the patio with those views was my favorite spot. The views of that mountain were amazing. Definitely a small town feel, which was about a 5-10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and cozy

This was an awesome girls weekend! The cabin was beautiful and clean and so cozy! The views were spectacular! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. We will definitely go back sometime!
