Our 48 m2 terraced chalet includes:

• 2 Bedrooms: one bedroom features a Bunk bed, and the second bedroom sleeps 2 guests in a variety of bedding configurations. Please specify any bedding preferences with our team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you! There is an additional Sofa bed for 2 in the living area.
• Living Area: curl up on the sofa and read a good book, or catch your favorite French shows and movies on the TV for a charge (for short stays of less than 6 nights, enjoy the TV for FREE). Step out onto the Balcony or Terrace for a breath of fresh air!
• Kitchenette: microwave/grill, ceramic hobs, and a dishwasher. Enjoy your food at the dining table with seating.
• Bathroom: for short stays under 6 nights, we'll provide you with bed linen and towels for FREE! For longer stays, these can be conveniently rented on-site for €8/kit.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

• Food & Drinks: at the end of a wonderful day, indulge in a delicious fondue at Le Marmiton, a 2-minute drive down the road from the unit. If you'd like to cook in your unit, pick up groceries at the Sherpa Supermarché, a 5-minute drive away
• Outdoor Activities: ski at the world-famous pistes or explore this area along the many hiking and biking trails or rake a little road trip to Valloire for more exciting activities, including dog sleigh rides

**For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Access to all amenities depends on the current situation and government instructions
• The pool is open from 9am to 7:30pm. Please note that the pool is closed on Saturdays
• Sauna (price per accommodation: €8 per session, €39 for 6 sessions)
• Laundry services for an extra fee
• Covered parking is available on-site for €7/day or €39 for 6+ nights (subject to availability)
• Wi-Fi available at reception from €2.90/day, €14.90 /week or €21.90 for 2 weeks
• For short stays of less than 6 nights, enjoy the TV for FREE. TV services can be rented from €29/week and €15 for every additional week (advance notice required)
• Some of these residences accept pets at an additional charge of €7/pet/night
• Baby cot/chair: €5/day or €15/stay, baby kit (bed + chair) is €7/day or €25/stay (limited and subject to availability)
• For short stays of less than 6 nights end of stay cleaning (except in kitchen) are all Included. 7+ nights: Guests are requested to clean their apartments prior to departure or an end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette) will be provided from €39 to €69
• A damage deposit of €300 for the damage protection charge will be collected and a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 per person
