Welcome to spacious , bright and peaceful one-bedroom suite in Burnaby!

Our lower-floor suite in our home was designed with warmth and comfort in mind; convenient, and complete with a peek-a-boo view of the North Shore mountains. Fully furnished, our suite has its own private entrance via the sliding door with lock from the spacious outdoor patio, great for relaxing or hanging out with friends and family when the weather is nice. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with an Endy mattress, fresh bedsheets, and a wall-mounted TV.

The living room and kitchen area are designed to be modern yet warm, with a gas fireplace and new vinyl plank flooring. It’s perfect for short stays of a month or more, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace to keep you productive.

Our neighborhood is very walkable, with Burnaby’s best spots just steps away. We hoe that you’ll enjoy being 1/2 block to McGill Park and 1.5 blocks to Burnaby Heights Park, which has tennis courts and soccer fields for anyone who is inclined to enjoy sports. A 10-minute walk or 2 minute drive gets you to the Burnaby Heights strip on Hastings, packed with coffee shops, stores, gyms, services, and medical/wellness offices. Confederation Park, with its track and Eileen Daily Community Centre, is a quick 10-15 minute walk. For city adventures, downtown Vancouver, SFU, BCIT, and Metrotown are about 15 minutes away by car or an easy transit ride. 10 minute drive to Burnaby Lake, Deer Lake and Burnaby Moutain.

Brand new and has not been lived in. You have walking trails, parks, shops, services all walking distance, although we are on a very quiet safe peaceful street with North Shore mountains views.

This would be suitable for a 3-6 month rental for a few months for new immigrants, newly separated, working professional, traveling nurse, visiting relatives.
