Quiet residential neighborhood with walkable streets. 3.5 miles to the "new" Vancouver Waterfront with winery tasting rooms, restaurants and parks. Portland is minutes away, and the beauty of the northwest is all around! The Columbia River Gorge, state and national parks, the Pacific ocean, lakes and waterfalls, are all with a few hours drive (or less) and waiting for you to explore! Wineries, fine dining, casino, fun dive bars, antique stores, golf, summer concerts in the park, mountain hikes, kayaking, waterfalls are all close (and I'll provide you a great locals list of recommendations!).
* 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, open living area with cathedral ceiling. Well out-fitted kitchen and dining room with table that seats 6 and gorgeous marble island that seats 5. You'll love our coffee and waffle bar!
* Main bedroom has a king bed and additional bedroom has a queen. Recently decorated and outfitted with comfortable mattresses, pillows and comforters (duvet cover washed between guests).
* Huge (5x4 foot) shower was just remodeled with beautiful tile, a rain shower head, adjustable shower head, and 4 side shower jets (6 jets in total!). Luxury towels.
* Private fenced backyard with large covered patio, café lights, fire pit table, hammock, and both BBQ and Blackstone grills. Walking distance to Franklin Park (with playground equipment) and the Burnt Bridge Creek Trail.
* Washer and dryer. High speed internet and large flat screen TV with DirectTV and sound bar.

Pet fee of $100 (per dog, for up to 2 pre-approved dogs). Some breeds may be restricted due to insurance.
Notes: This is our personal home - I am an experienced host and it will have a true vacation rental feel - but there will be some personal items and closed off areas (part of the garage, some or the closets and cabinets). We can't guarantee internet/network TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please watch your dog in the yard - we can't guarantee that there will not be a place for them to slide under the fence. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 3-5 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Master bedroom and main living area have mini-split heater/air conditioning units that work very well; additional bedroom incorporates fans and space heaters for our normally mild Pacific NW weather. Maximum of 4 adults and 5 guests total, $5 per night extra guest fee for more than 4 guests (per guest) . This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors!
