What an incredible property! When i first walked in i was worried that the property may be a bit too modern for me. But i was quickly proved wrong. Everything in there was so sleek and easy to navigate. Dimmer lights all around and labels helped guide you to whatever you were looking for. The bidet in the master bath was a nice touch. Amazing indoor space and amenities aside, the outdoor patio was superb. I think i got in the hot tub every day during our stay. Checkin was smooth and our host incredibly responsive. My only pieces of feedback would be that it would be nice to have 2 FOBs cause with a group of 6, having only one meant a little more coordination. Lastly, the upper patio could use a little TLC but given it was November, we were not spending much time up there. Everything else was immaculate and i would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend and thank you for a excellent stay.

Great stay at this condo. The location is convenient and walkable to everything in downtown Vancouver. There are spotty areas with homeless people, but that’s sadly to be expected nowadays in any major metropolitan area. However, we never felt unsafe walking around. The beds are very comfortable and the views are great from the balcony. Thank you!

We had a great stay in the penthouse condo. Everything in the condo was clean and updated. The location was excellent and only about a half block from the nearest SkyTrain station. Although the outdoor patio area was spacious, it could have used a good cleanup. I had read other reviews that made the same suggestion, and nothing had obviously been done since the previous visitors had stayed. Otherwise, it was a great condo, and the host was very nice and accommodating.

A diamond in need of a little polish

Don’t misunderstand me
 this unit is in a fabulous location. Check in and communication was flawless. The interiors were clean and well maintained. The outside deck area, however, could use some love. The exterior area is huge. There’s two levels to the exterior area of the penthouse. You could have one heck of a get together up there. But there were a lot of weeds, coming up through the pavement blocks, a lot of debris just scattered around, and a whole bunch of stuff piled on the balcony outside my bedroom window. I realize storage may be an issue, but it was pretty ugly to look at in the early morning sunshine. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! But I think the exterior spaces need a little bit of love to live up to their full potential. We were right off the train line. In the middle of china town. A short walk from Gastown. And while we used and thoroughly enjoyed the outside space, it was a bit shabby looking.

Overall, A Good Stay

Pros:- Property had very high end finishes and features inside.- The host was able to accommodate our travel schedule (extremely appreciated!).- Location was central and had a lot of great food/attractions nearby. Cons: - The rooftop patio pictures were nowhere near accurate as to what it really looks like. There was weeds, mold and tons of deferred maintenance outside - see pics from 05/26/2025.

Amazing property

We only got to stay here for a short weekend, but I could have moved in. It has everything you need for a family vacation, close to everything, felt very secure, all the modern amenities you could want plus more you didn't know you needed. Gorgeous Condo!

I can't say enough good things about the property. It was an amazing condo with spectacular views and outdoor space. Really appreciated how EVERYTHING was labeled. That helped so much. Linens were great, there were plenty of towels and toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner). We were close to many spots in Vancouver and could walk to plenty of attractions (although we had pouring rain the whole trip). Jee was a very accommodating host. He even helped me get a very important delivery without hesitation. I would absolutely stay at Jee's place again.

Great Interior - Patio is Disappointing

We had a great stay in Vancouver! The location is good—easy to get to, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and amenities nearby. It’s a lively area, so you’ll experience true city living, including encountering some homeless individuals. While we never felt unsafe, it’s something to be aware of.The condo itself is stunning—recently updated, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The primary bedroom and bathroom were especially impressive, with high-end fixtures that we really appreciated.Our biggest disappointment was the outdoor patio. It’s a huge space with so much potential, but unfortunately, it has not been maintained. The cushions were so weathered that we didn’t feel comfortable using them without a towel, and the area needed a thorough cleaning. It was a stark contrast to the pristine interior, which was a shame because it didn’t feel like an extension of the beautiful condo.Another frustration was the lack of communication from the owner. We reached out a couple of times before our stay, including a simple request for a 30-minute early check-in, and never received a response. It was disappointing not to hear anything back.Overall, the condo itself is beautiful, but there were a few drawbacks that kept it from being a five-star experience.

Spectacular unit perfect for friends getaway

Enjoyed two nights, overall impressed w the quality and cleanliness of the unit. The outdoor space was large and we utilized both the hot tub and fire pit. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group of 3. Kitchen was we equipped. My only advice to future renters is to go to the unit first before you attempt to park, that detail was lost on us as we hadn’t read the fine print. It worked out fine once we figured that out but you save time and it will be a smoother check in.

Very Good - Pre-Cruise Stay

Enjoyed our 3-night stay – the condo worked very well for our group In June 2024. Very nice building, great condo, clean, no neighbour noise – slept well - very quiet and comfortable beds. I have to say that we were slightly disappointed in a few things such as the broken electric blind in the living room would not raise, the upper patio was not well-maintained and the patio furniture needs attention and caretaking. We did enjoy the fire table. Yes, there are homeless people in the area but no worse than our home city and did not feel unsafe in a group. Would have appreciated some beach towels for the hot tub. The hot tub needed treatment – had a stench - luckily we had some hot tub owners in our group to treat it. We enjoyed the location – walked to Costco for refreshments, very close to grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop, etc. Short walk to Gastown, local pubs and affordable Uber costs to Granville, Stanley Park, etc. Owner is very responsive and access to the building worked well for us. We all said we would stay again!

Family cruise

We were extremely satisfied with our accommodations that allowed us to enjoy some family exploration time in Vancouver prior to our Alaska cruise. Jee, our host, was very responsive to all of our needs and the home was clean and fully stocked. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, cultural sights, coffee shops, and conveniently located to the cruise ship terminal. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Hope to be back again soon!
