The flat is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Winter sports and mountain activities: Vars is a popular destination for winter sports and mountain activities.
- Skiing and snowboarding: Vars is part of the Forêt Blanche ski area, with easy access to the slopes just 300 metres from the residence. This area offers a variety of slopes for all levels, from beginners to experts, as well as areas dedicated to freestyle.
- Après-ski and leisure: In the area, there is a selection of restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy convivial moments after skiing.
- Mountain biking and hiking: In summer, Vars transforms into a paradise for mountain bikers and hikers, with plenty of trails to explore.
