Our Mountainside chalet is located in Vars les Claux, a famous ski resort in the Southern Alps.

Bringing together the ambience of a beautiful traditional larch timber chalet with contemporary interior design and features, it provides the perfect mountain retreat.

You will have the entire chalet with a generous surface area of 163 m2 on 3 levels.

The interior space comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children.

Its generous volumes, its careful decoration and its quality furniture create a warm atmosphere conducive to an unforgettable stay with family or friends.

A panoramic view of the summit of Peynier, the tip of Châtelret and the head of Paneyron can be admired in the double living room through the large bay windows or from the balcony which extends the entire length of the chalet.

The chalet consists of 3 double bedrooms with bathroom, separate toilet and dressing room. The largest bedroom also has two bunk beds (for children under 14 years old).

You will also find a comfortable two-seater convertible sofa located away in the large living room.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. It has a balcony with a view of the Chabrières peak.

A wellness area offering spa, jacuzzi and shower welcomes you to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking.

A spacious ski room with wardrobe, WC and boot warmer is located in the entrance to the chalet.

The chalet has a garage that can accommodate 2 cars and an outdoor parking space.

A reinforced socket (CEE 7/7 Schuko) is located in the garage to allow you to recharge your electric car and bike.

You will have access to the entire chalet.

The chalet is not adjoining.

Our Mountainside chalet is located in the Fontbonne area, two hundred meters on foot from the Faisandière slope which gives you access to the entire Forêt Blanche ski area (185 km of slopes) subject to the opening of the Fontbonne chairlift.

The Fontbonne municipal shuttle stop is located 100 meters from the chalet. It allows you to travel free of charge to all the villages of Vars as well as to the Col de Vars.It also gives you access to various ski departures as well as ski school assembly sites.

You will also have access on foot to numerous trails accessible in summer and winter towards Peynier and the Col de Vars.

Shops and a restaurant are located within a 10-minute walk.
