The Space:
Villa Giovanni, in a beachfront gated community with 24-hour security, is a short one-minute walk from the Dorado area’s fabulous beaches. Community has three pools, a clubhouse, two tennis courts, volleyball, and beautifully landscaped gardens and lakes.  This ground-entry, single-floor Villa offers:

Master Bedroom en-suite: King Bed; two twin beds, Cable/37” TV in a rich wooden cabinet
Second Bedroom en suite: Two Full Beds; Country-style bedding and wagon-wheel headboards. Plenty of built-in closet space.  32” TV with Cable

This villa was GREAT and excellent value – the villa is MUCH nicer than even the photos show. Pleasantly surprised. Very spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were super comfy with fresh linen- smart TV in the living room with leather couches – wifi strong – Alma and Alex were amazing – they had a gift bag for us upon arrival with lots of essentials and gave us tons of tips about the island. The villa is in gated community right on the beach and we could walk out from our patio to the beach or pool in minutes. Loved the breezes on patio and the large BBQ. Definitely coming back to Villa Giovanni.

Residential community on the beach- very serene with lots of great activities near by- golf- hiking- water sports and more!

Getting Around:
We do recommend renting a car.

Other Things to Note:
Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.

Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.

If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.

This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.

If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.
