On the ground floor, you'll be greeted by a spacious living-dining room, the perfect place to relax and share special moments with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, on this floor, you'll find a convenient laundry room and a guest toilet.



Heading to the first floor, you'll discover two elegant bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom, and a private terrace with views of the garden and pool. The second bedroom is ideal for children or additional guests, offering a trundle bed with two single beds and another full bathroom.



But that's not all—our property has one more surprise for you! In the basement, you'll find two additional rooms, each with a spacious double bed and a cozy sofa. These rooms provide extra space to relax or accommodate more guests.



Enjoy a private oasis in our garden, where you'll find a spectacular pool, open all year round for a refreshing dip whenever you desire. Additionally, on the property's porch, there is space to park a car, providing convenience and security during your stay.

Pets are allowed in the accommodation with a supplement of €35 per stay. We offer airport transportation service at an additional cost. Due to the extreme drought situation in the area, the city council implements water cuts from 8:00 pm until an undetermined hour in the morning, and we cannot guarantee the use of the pools.
