nice hotel, great location, bad bed

the hotels location as well as the interior, the staff are outstanding. I sternly recommend it. we only had a problem with the comfort of the bed, but I would always go back.

Ruhiges Erholungshotel

Wir haben zu zweit 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht, in einem Standardzimmer. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und ruhig.

Bon hôtel

Équipe super sympa mais hôtel vraiment mal insonorisé Le petit déjeuner à 35 euros par personne c'est un peu raide Bref un peu déçue pour un quatre étoiles

een geweldig verblijf

Venetie bezocht met mijn zoon, het was een geweldig verblijf in deze mooie magische stad, overweldigend... het hotel is echt een absolute aanrader, een waar museum vol kunst en bezienswaardigheden, zeer smaakvol ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. het personeel is heel hartelijk en zorgzaam, een warme ontvangst en alle luxe aanwezig - een feest!

50th Birthday Treat

This hotel was absolutely fabulous! Perfect position, just over 5 mins walk to St. Marks Square. Accommodation was gorgeous, and very clean and comfortable. On arrival the staff who we met were very nice and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This continued throughout our stay. We went to the bar/restaurant 2 nights running as the atmosphere and service was excellent. The staff in the bar were very friendly and good at what they do. Can't wait to go back to Venice and when we do this will be the hotel we choose.

Idéalement situé

Très bon accueil. L'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé. On a regretté la baignoire alors que nous ne prenons que des douches, il y avait bien la possibilité de se doucher avec la douchette et même un ciel de pluie, mais aucune protection anti-éclaboussure. Bon, à spécifier lors de la réservation. Petit-déjeuner à 30 euros.... Que dire de cela ? La nourriture est accessible à des prix exorbitants à Venise, donc pas étonnant de voir ce prix dans cette catégorie d'hôtel. Service irréprochable et buffet toujours approvisionné.
