The location is probably the best in Venice for its tranquility, beauty and central location. “Teatro La Fenice” is known by connoisseurs as one of the best opera houses in the world. There are many classy restaurants, cafes and boutiques in the surrounding area. The public transport stop and the supermarket are just a 2-minute walk away.
The Fenice Apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful building and is accessed from a picturesque Campiello bordering the Theatre.
