The proximity to Ponte dell'Accademia allows convenient access to the main museums and wonders of Venice, while the Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto stop, a short distance from the apartment, connects to St. Mark's Square in approximately 10 minutes.

The accommodation can host up to 4 people and features a bright living room with a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining table, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom complete with walk-in shower, a guest bathroom and a large terrace equipped with table and relaxation area.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
