This sumptuous accommodation consists of a bright living/dining room with a breathtaking view, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, upstairs two double bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and a splendid terrace. The strong point of this apartment is certainly the magnificent view of the San Marco Basin. From here you can admire the islands of Lido, San Servolo, San Lazzaro degli Armeni, San Giorgio, which hosts Cini Foundation and Compagnia della Vela (among the oldest and most picturesque yacht clubs in the world) and Giudecca, as well as Punta Della Dogana, the extreme point of Dorsoduro Sestiere (home of the Pinault Collection), the beginning of the Grand Canal and the bell tower of San Marco. Located in an enviable position, this apartment is only 500m from Piazza San Marco and the main historical and tourist points of interest. The nearest vaporetto stop to the building will allow you to easily reach Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station and Marco Polo airport, as well as the island of Lido.
