Both bedrooms offer queen beds and plenty of storage. There are two full bathrooms, plus the option of an additional twin air mattress. In the living room, unwind on comfortable sofas and stream your favorites via Apple TV or apps like Netflix.

Outside, enjoy a private backyard space with cushioned lounge seating, a fire pit, and a dining table surrounded by greenery. A private washer and dryer, outdoor shower, and reliable WiFi make your stay easy and convenient.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of $400.00 per Month, and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
