THINGS TO NOTE:

-This is an HOA community, There can be no parties or events that exceed the applicable occupancy or guest limits, or that violate the quiet hours, noise standards or any other standard or requirement of Ventura's TRU regulations. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. No outdoor amplified music or sound is allowed during quiet hours

-Parking available for 3 vehicles. No street parking allowed

-Max overnight occupancy is 6 guests



-This property, like many of the coastal homes in the area, is near Highway 101 and the Pacific Surfliner and Union Pacific rail route. Passing passenger trains and the occasional freight train may be heard throughout your stay, as well as the muted sound of vehicles on the freeway.
