Cocoonr offers this 82 m² house, which sleeps up to 6 people, to rent in Ver-sur-Mer. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 400 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (not working) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A private, enclosed 400 m² garden with a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Ver-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
