The remaining bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs. Outdoor highlights include a large screened pool, covered lanai with seating and TV, grill, and a game room with ping pong for all-ages fun.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, pool, lanai, game room, driveway, and outdoor living areas. Self check-in is provided for easy arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet, residential Vero Beach neighborhood surrounded by mature trees and single-family homes. A peaceful setting that’s still a short drive to beaches, shopping, dining, and local attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. The home has driveway parking and easy access to main roads, beaches, restaurants, and shopping throughout Vero Beach.

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced

• Pool use is at guest’s own risk

• No glass allowed near the pool

• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced

• This is a family-friendly home, not suitable for large gatherings

Please note: the first-floor bedroom has a half bathroom only. The full shower for that bedroom is located nearby but not inside the room. All other bedrooms have access to full bathrooms upstairs.
