The Accommodation
A large house with a magnificent, heated, and secure pool, located at the end of a private dead-end street, in absolute tranquility. You can enjoy a furnished terrace with a pool (7*3.66m), sun loungers, garden table and chairs, an outdoor kitchen, and a pool house. The spacious shaded garden, secluded and without vis-à-vis, invites you to relax on loungers and sunbeds. Children will find their happiness with the pool, archery, and ball games.

For meals, you have options: an aperitif by the water, a garden-side terrace in the shade with a dining table directly accessible from the kitchen. You can make use of the summer kitchen with a refrigerator, plancha, and its accessories. For a sunset aperitif, the small summer lounge on the terrace offers a perfect setting!

The house has a total area of 170 m2. (+ 10 m2 pool house) On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a welcoming and cozy lounge, a fireplace, a large dining room, and an eat-in kitchen. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the second floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 shower room.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms, including a master suite with its bathroom (shower and bathtub) and dressing room, 2 bedrooms with single beds, 1 children's room with a child's bed, and 1 room with a baby's cot. The house is fully equipped for families with children, including a baby's cot, high chair, playpen, and toys.

The pool house is also available for rent. It features a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a toilet, providing an independent space.

A laundry room is available in the basement with a washer and dryer.

You can enjoy the bicycles available in the garage to take a ride to the Palace of Versailles park and explore the city differently. There are 2 electric adult bicycles, 1 child seat, and 3 children's bicycles.

The Neighborhood
A private and exceptionally peaceful park in the heart of the city. Parc Chauchard is a unique place, created by the founder of the Louvre stores in 1905 for his employees. Today, it is inhabited by families in beautiful houses with gardens. All amenities are available at the end of the street, including a small supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, and hairdresser.

Located in the Montreuil neighborhood, a lively and commercial area, not far from the Versailles market square and very close to the Porchefontaine market.
