The villa boast a 30,000 sq feet manicured garden where a generous infinity edge salt-water swimming pool, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas, is the belle of the ball. Just next to it, a beautiful sun room with glass walls, a great space to enjoy when tired of sunbathing or willing to just lounge in the shade. An additional lovely terrace with an ancient well is located next to the kitchen, and it is an ideal place for having morning breakfast and dinners under the stars. From the courtyard, climbing approximately 20 steps, you will enter the sun-washed double living room with dining and sitting areas. This spacious room, with its central glass fireplace, vaulted fresco ceiling, white floor against grey walls, warm wooden table paired with canary yellow polypropylene molded chairs, boasts a timeless and fashion-forward look. The plush, white sofas act as the focal point in the space, along with the beautiful windows bringing in a lot of natural light. The modern glass fireplace and the floating shelving adds an artistic and youthful appeal. A bright and fully equipped kitchen with a central cooking island and large picture window, serves the din- ing room. A guest bathroom completes this floor.Upon reaching the top of the contemporary glass staircase, you’ll come across 4 individual double bedrooms.
