Upon entering, you're welcomed by a warm entrance hall that provides smooth access to the different areas of the house. On the left, you’ll find a functional, fully equipped kitchen with a guest WC — perfect for shared culinary moments with family or friends. On the right, the simple yet comfortable living room invites you to relax and enjoy laid-back time together. Also on this floor is a more private area with two bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom and shower) and a shared bathroom — ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs.



Upstairs, two additional bedrooms benefit from natural light and views of the surrounding area, complemented by a shared bathroom — perfect for comfortably hosting larger families or groups.



The basement is a true leisure and charm area: a billiards room for lively games and an impressive wine cellar that can hold around 1,000 bottles — an exclusive feature that is sure to delight wine lovers.



The property also includes a cosy mini apartment with an independent entrance, fully integrated into the house’s dynamic. While not heated, they benefit from the naturally warm regional climate, often reaching 28ºC during the summer months. The result? Right next to it, there is a versatile hall — a multi-purpose space that can host retreats, workshops, family gatherings, or special events, adapting to each guest’s needs and imagination.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the pool and indoor facilities. The concierge service from Portugal Active is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist with any needs, from organizing local excursions to booking personalized services, such as a private chef. To ensure availability, please request any services at least 72 hours in advance.



Important Note:

During your stay, regular garden and pool maintenance may take place. These interventions are important to ensure that all equipment remains clean, functional, and safe to use.

During the high season (May to October), the pool is regularly maintained to ensure an impeccable experience for guests. During the low season (November to April), the pool will be closed.

The “Nogueira (Igreja)” bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away and connects to other areas of the municipality, including the centre of Viana do Castelo.

For those travelling by train, Viana do Castelo station is around a 15-minute drive.

However, we recommend arriving by car for greater convenience and freedom during your stay — and to make the most of everything this beautiful region has to offer.
