The Space:

Fountain Retreat | Pool, Jacuzzi & Sports Escape features five independent houses, each with its own identity and charm, perfectly set in a rural landscape that invites relaxation.

Granjas House and Buganvílias Hpuse are cozy studios designed for couples seeking an intimate getaway. Each open-plan space is decorated in a rustic-chic style, with comfortable double beds, a kitchenette equipped for simple meals, and a full bathroom—an ideal setting for a romantic escape.

Jardim House offers a separate bedroom and a bright living room with a sofa bed, opening onto the lush garden, creating a serene environment to unwind after a day exploring the region.

At Rosas House, you’ll find two bedrooms and a cozy living area with a sofa bed, perfect for families seeking more comfort and privacy in a bright, well-maintained space.

The impressive Senhorial House, the largest on the property, is the true jewel of the property: here, luxury and comfort merge in every detail. It features seven spacious suites, an elegant lounge with a fireplace, and a billiard room in the basement for lively evenings with friends or family. Outside, the private jacuzzi invites you to relaxing dips while enjoying the surrounding landscape.



Throughout the property, guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool—perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days—the mini golf course and tennis court for fun matches with company, as well as the vast gardens and walking trails, ideal for peaceful strolls among flowers and century-old trees.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, including the pool, garden, minigolf, tennis court and all indoor facilities. Portugal Active's concierge service is available 24/7 to assist with any needs, from organizing local excursions to booking private chef services. To ensure availability, please request any service at least 72 hours in advance.



Important Note:

During the high season (May to October), the pool is regularly maintained to provide guests with an impeccable experience. In the low season (November to April), the pool may be closed, subject to confirmation with our team.
