This delightful 90 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 1st floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with open living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. Guests can also find a lovely sunroom with a washing machine for their laundry needs.

The sleeping area has two bedrooms with a double bed each and multiple storage spaces. There is also a shared bathroom in the hallway with everything you need to freshen up. The third bedroom is a suite with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe; the complementary bathroom has all the amenities required, including clean towels and toiletries.

The apartment has a lovely balcony where guests can enjoy the sunlight and fresh air.

Local cafés, bakeries, and small shops are scattered throughout the area, giving residents an authentic taste of Portuguese daily life with fresh pastries, strong coffee, and friendly neighbourhood atmospheres.

Just a short drive away is Viana do Castelo’s charming town centre, where visitors can explore the town’s historic sites and vibrant cultural scene. One of the town’s highlights is the Praça da República, a central square surrounded by beautiful Renaissance architecture, including the 16th-century Igreja da Misericórdia and the Chafariz Fountain. This historic heart of the city is filled with quaint shops, traditional restaurants, and handicraft stores selling local ceramics and textiles, making it a perfect spot to experience the town’s cultural heritage.

The property is easily accessible by car. There is free parking in the street.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
