This newly built holiday home with exquisite finishings is a hidden gem tucked away one street from the beach in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to shopping facilities and restaurants in Victor Harbor.



The property is fully equipped with everything needed to ensure you will enjoy your family holiday. You will be drawn into the bright and light charm of this stylish home from the moment you enter.



Conveniently designed, the ground level boasts three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two single beds (an extra fold-out bed is also provided). This level includes an open plan living and dining area and provides access to an outdoor pool (heated ) perfect for hot days, an undercover dining and entertainment area, a barbecue and a garage/games room boasting a ping pong table and a darts board.



Upstairs, the main open plan living and dining will impress your senses. It is decorated with quality coastal and Hamptons-style furnishings that evoke a state of calm and a `home away from home` feel. For sunset lovers, the upstairs balcony, which also serves an additional dining area, provides the perfect place to unwind. This level also features the main grand master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in robe and a Smart TV.



With close access to beach, this property will surely delight guests when they return from a stroll along the foreshore or after having enjoyed all that Victor Harbor and the surrounding towns offer.

Perfect location, beautiful house with all the mod cons

This house is stunning. The only thing that let it down a little was lack of supplies, ie dishwasher tablets and very little toilet paper (only what was on the half-used rolls), however we felt that we may have been one of the first bookings and this will no doubt build up over time. Great house with plenty of room for a group booking.

It had everything needed to make our stay a relaxing and comfortable one. The heated pool and games room with ping pong table and dart board were an added bonus! There is a bit of a view of the Bluff from the balcony, which was nice. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and all rooms have plenty of wardrobe space. The ducted heating/cooling is fantastic for all weather conditions. It was a little too far out of town for us to walk everywhere, but we didn't mind driving in and using the paid parking lot when we were doing a few activities in town. Overall, the home is extremely comfortable and absolutely amazing!!
