The kitchen is a chef's delight with top of the line appliances, both large and small. Enjoy both ocean and mountain views from the 12 foot floor to ceiling windows, or the warm summer breezes from your private 450 square foot wrap around balcony. This suite has a portable 1400 BTU air conditioning unit in the living room, as well as a unit in each bedroom, to help with our high temperature days.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 7 ft (2.13 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.

There is a bike rack at the back of the parking stall that can hold 2 bikes. Be sure to bring your own cable and lock. Please let Victoria Prime know when you are bringing bikes. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such.

In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere.
