The home features two comfortable bedrooms—one with a Queen bed and the other with two full-size beds. Bedrooms include mini-split A/C, and the living areas have ceiling fans for a comfortable island breeze.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials including a coffee maker, stovetop espresso maker, toaster, microwave, convection oven, and wine glasses.

Getting Around
Renting a car is strongly recommended if you'd like to explore the island and visit Vieques' beautiful beaches and popular spots.

Because Vieques is a small island, addresses can sometimes be difficult to locate. If needed, you can ask a local for directions and mention “La casa de Lula Tirado” or “El Chalet de Frankie.” Many locals are familiar with these nearby landmarks.

Peaceful Environment

Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the property.
Plumbing Care
Please do not flush wipes or any items other than toilet paper. These can cause serious plumbing issues. Guests will be responsible for repair costs if improper items are flushed.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is not permitted inside the home. Guests are welcome to smoke outside while respecting the property and surroundings. A cleaning fee will be applied if smoking occurs indoors.
Quiet Hours
Please help maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood by keeping noise levels low after 9:00 PM.
Booking Requirement
The minimum age to book is 21 years old.

Parties/Gatherings are not allowed.
No pets allowed
Please do not run the ACs with the windows or doors open, as it will damage the units and you'd be responsible for the cost of the repairs.
Do no flush wipes down the toilet. If you use wipes, you'll be fined $1500 for any plumbing repairs.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.
