The Apartment of 30m2 is in the Promar building only 100m from Platja de la Pineda, 8km from Port Aventura and 5km from Reus Airport. It is located on the 5th floor with Port Aventura views and a community area with bar-restaurant and swimming pool available from 20/06 to 30/09. The bedroom has a double bed, in addition to a sofa bed for an extra guest in the living room. There is a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, heating, smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Bluetooth speakers integrated into the ceiling, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and Free public parking area 200m away. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the entrance you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
