Aaruna House - Jervis Bay

With comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests, Aaruna House is only a few minutes to local cafes, shops, parks and the pristine beaches that make this location so sought after for those escaping to the South Coast for their well deserved holiday.

Aaruna House is a paired back, open plan coastal home perfectly situated between cafes, parks and the beautiful beaches of Vincentia. Our home is clean and comfortable and an excellent base for your South Coast adventures.

The home itself is split level, with multiple living spaces and 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and plenty of storage. The other bedrooms all have built in robes and all beds are fitted with comfortable linen for our guests.

The large kitchen contains basic pantry items and everything our guests would need to cook a gourmet meal! We have a Nespresso coffee pod machine with a limited number of pods.
The laundry comes with both top load washer and dryer. 2 bath towels per person will be provided however guests will need to bring their own beach towels. Toiletries are not provided.

Outside there are two outdoor settings (one under cover) and a BBQ for guests to make the most of those warm summer nights and enjoy your holiday time together! The front
yard is secure complete with a grassed area for the kids to play. Off street parking available for 2 cars.

Jervis Bay is fast becoming a popular tourist destination and it's easy to see why! Pristine beaches, national park, restaurants, cafes and bars, boutiques, movie theatre, leisure centre, dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, wineries and breweries the list goes on! You are spoilt for choice.



Belle Escapes Jervis Bay offers privately owned homes in residential areas for the purpose of family holidays or a relaxing getaway. They are NOT for use as "party venues", No parties, schoolies, hen’s, buck’s, weddings, functions, commercial event or other style of event is to take place at the property. This property is surrounded by permanent residents and located in a quiet coastal area. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be asked to leave the property immediately. Offensive, loud or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and such behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
