Steps from Collingwood Beach, minutes from Moona Moona Creek, and a few minutes drive from Huskisson, this house is the perfect beach destination for family or friends who want a quintessential beach holiday on the South Coast. Modern furnishings and comfortable beds make this house feel like a home. Wake up to the morning sun streaming across the bay and filling the house with light. Where will I be?
Sea Level at Vincentia is directly opposite Collingwood Beach and the Huskisson to Plantation Point cycle path. The area has an array of beautiful beaches including Moona Moona Creek which is great for families, Orion Beach, Barfluer Beach, and Nelsons Beach, all which can be reached via the bike path, or within a 10 minute drive. The local villages of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach are a short drive away.

Sea Level at Vincentia is very spacious and homely, and directly opposite Collingwood Beach and moments for Moona Moona Creek. The house has a large living area with uninterrupted views of Jervis Bay, and a very spacious kitchen with breakfast bar where guests can enjoy being together while preparing a meal! With Jervis Bay Marine park on your doorstep, there are many activities for guest to enjoy including snorkelling, swimming, surfing, and fishing. Or just enjoy viewing the plethora of animals including seals, penguins, seabirds, dolphins, and migrating whales in season!
How is the property laid out?
Sea Level at Vincentia is a large, two storey house. The ground level includes a generous living area with views to Jervis Bay through a picture window, a gas fireplace and TV - a great place to relax together after a day exploring Jervis Bay! There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with large central island bench and seating, and a separate dining room where you can access the outdoor terrace area with bar table and BBQ. The laundry is located on this level and has a shower and toilet. An additional office room is a great break away space for kids, and the garage can also be accessed from this level. The bedrooms and additional bathrooms are all located upstairs. The master bedroom has a beautiful view to Jervis Bay, and an ensuite with shower and toilet. The three remaining bedrooms, one with views of the bay, have 2 queens and one tri-bunk bed. There is a shared bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. There is a smart TV for streaming services. Please bring your own login details for streaming services.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
There is a north facing, protected terrace area with bar table and stools and a BBQ, and a basketball hoop for the kids to enjoy!
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Sea Level at Vincentia has ceiling fans in the living room and dining room, and in three bedrooms. There is also a gas fireplace in the living room and portable heaters in each bedroom for use in cooler weather. In summer, a lovely easterly breeze blows through the house.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sea Level at Vincentia supplies sheets and towels. Please bring your own beach towel however.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is garage parking for 2 cars and additional street parking.

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
