This cozy vacation home with a delightful garden, complete privacy, stunning views, and a swimming jetty on the Vinkeveense Plassen is ideal for families. But also groups of friends and couples will immediately feel at home and enjoy even during the winter months by the indoor fireplace. The entire house is child-friendly, and the garden is situated to the southeast for maximum sunshine!

You have full access to the accommodation, including the cozy landscaped garden, where privacy is guaranteed thanks to the surrounding fence.

Upon arrival, a key safe is available, allowing you to check in independently and determine your arrival time after 3 PM. We share all information regarding your stay 5 days in advance. The check-in code will be provided at 3:00 PM. If you wish to have a different check-in or check-out time, please inquire about the possibilities. (Organizing parties is not allowed in this accommodation.)

Furthermore, two supermarkets and a variety of dining options are nearby, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Motor vehicles cannot reach the accommodation directly, allowing you to enjoy complete tranquility on the edge of the Vinkeveen Lakes, surrounded by nature, birds, and serene silence. A 700-meter walk from the parking lot will lead you to this delightful location. Upon arrival, our convenient cargo bike awaits you at the harbor entrance, allowing you to effortlessly transport all your belongings to this beautiful holiday destination. We provide 3 free bicycles for your use, making it easy for you to cycle to and from the parking lot.The bikes are good enough for a quick up and down to the supermarket, but not for long journeys. Upon reaching the parking lot, you can safely leave these bikes. Additionally, 10 large carts are available in the park for complimentary use.

Parking:
You can park for free on the road in front of the harbor from October 1st to March 31st. Outside this period, there is a maximum parking duration of 2 hours within the disk parking zone between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. It is possible to park your car in a large parking lot opposite the park for a fee. (The cost to park your car in the parking lot opposite the park is €10 per day.)

On-Demand Services:
For a fee, we offer the option to pick you up with a golf cart and transport all your luggage directly to the accommodation. If you are interested, please inquire about the possibilities or have a look in our guestportal after booking :)


The property is located on the well-known Vinkeveense Plassen, with a unique and centrally accessible location. It offers a sense of vacation, privacy, tranquility, luxury, and freedom. Perfect for water and nature enthusiasts, the location is ideal for activities such as boating, fishing, sunbathing, and swimming. With 6 official sleeping places and room for 8 people, it is ideal for friends or family looking to stay overnight. The garden is equipped with a large table overlooking the water, 2 loungers, a comfortable garden set, and a freely usable barbecue (don't forget your own charcoal). A fire pit is also available, and for children, there is an outdoor playhouse with various toys, a mini barbecue, and a trampoline. Everything is designed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. For an additional fee, you can rent a boat or SUPs from us to fully enjoy the Vinkeveense Plassen.

At the beginning of the harbor, you can enjoy a drink and a snack from the small menu on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Additionally, Thuisbezorgd offers numerous options for waterside dining. If you crave city life during your stay, you can reach the heart of Amsterdam by car (or taxi) in just 20 minutes from the parking lot, making this tranquil oasis on the Vinkeveense Plassen the perfect base for both serenity and a bustling city life. General Behavior Rules:
- Normal interaction with fellow residents and users of the park.
- No noise disturbance to fellow residents (quiet hours on the park from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM).
- No parties or gatherings allowed.
- No theft or misuse of others' belongings.
- Avoid improper parking and/or ignoring parking instructions.

In case of excessive behavior and failure to comply with the rules, you can be immediately removed from the accommodation.

Any damage to third-party property will be directly charged to the responsible party.
Between 23:00 and 07:00 there is an evening/night rest in the park.
Water carries sound tremendously, therefore the neighbors also soon enjoy your conversations and music, please bear in mind, thank you.
