The accommodation welcomes up to 7 people:

Listing Access:
You have full access to the accommodation, including the garden, where privacy is guaranteed thanks to the surrounding fence. Upon arrival, there is a key safe available for you to check in on your own and decide your arrival time, after 4:00 PM. We share all information regarding your stay five days in advance. The check-in code will be provided to you at 4:00 PM. If you wish to have a different check-in or check-out time, please inquire about the possibilities. (Organizing parties in this accommodation is not allowed.)

In addition to water sports, Vinkeveen also offers beautiful hiking and cycling routes around the lakes and through the surrounding countryside. The area is known for its peaceful and natural environment, making it an ideal place for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. Vinkeveen is not far from urban areas such as Amsterdam and Utrecht, making it attractive for people who want to combine nature with the proximity of urban amenities, attractions, or nightlife. Moreover, there are two supermarkets and a variety of dining options nearby, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Motor vehicles cannot directly reach the accommodation, allowing you to enjoy total tranquility on the edge of the Vinkeveen Lakes, surrounded by nature, birds, and a serene silence. A walk of 700 meters from the parking lot will take you to this delightful location. Upon arrival, you can rent a cargo bike, effortlessly transporting all your belongings to this beautiful holiday destination. We provide 2 free bicycles for your use, making it easy to cycle to and from the parking lot. The bikes are good enough for a quick up and down to the supermarket, but not for long journeys. Upon reaching the parking lot, you can safely leave these bicycles. Additionally, there are 10 large carts available in the park for free use.

Parking:
You can park for free on the road in front of the harbor from October 1 to March 31. Outside this period, a maximum parking duration of 2 hours applies within the parking disc zone between 8:00 and 19:00. It is possible to park your car in a large parking lot opposite the park for a fee. (The cost to park your car in the parking lot opposite the park is €10 per day.)

On-demand Service:
For a fee, we offer the option to pick you up with a golf cart and transport all your luggage directly to the accommodation. If you are interested, please inquire about the possibilities or have a look in our guestportal after booking :)

With 7 official sleeping places, it`s a delightful spot for families (with plenty of toys and crafting supplies) or friends. Cozy lights in the garden create a pleasant atmosphere.

For a fee, you can rent a boat from us to fully enjoy the Vinkeveense Plassen.
At the beginning of the harbor, you can enjoy drinks and snacks from the small menu on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Additionally, Thuisbezorgd offers numerous options for waterfront dining.

If you crave city life during your stay, you can reach the heart of Amsterdam by car (or taxi) in just 20 minutes from the parking lot, making this peaceful oasis on the Vinkeveense Plassen the perfect base for both serenity and vibrant city life. Explore the offered amenities and discover that you won`t lack anything during this perfect getaway.

General Behavior Rules:
- Normal interaction with fellow residents and users of the park.
- No noise disturbance to fellow residents (quiet hours on the park from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM).
- No parties or gatherings allowed.
- No theft or misuse of others` belongings.
- Avoid improper parking and/or ignoring parking instructions.

In case of excessive behavior and failure to comply with the rules, you can be immediately removed from the accommodation.

Any damage to third-party property will be directly charged to the responsible party.
Between 23:00 and 07:00 there is an evening/night rest in the park.
Water carries sound tremendously, therefore the neighbors also soon enjoy your conversations and music, please bear in mind, thank you.

No parties are allowed here.

When checking out, all belongings must be taken back from the tenants.
Garbage must be taken away to the designated containers for this purpose. We expect you to put all our crockery back in the cupboards neatly after using it.

No smoking in the house!
