Enjoy spectacular sunsets overlooking Back Bay from all three balconies. Use each for whatever your heart desires—whether it’s having an evening cocktail, sipping your morning coffee, snuggling up with a good book, or doing yoga. Spend time with the family on the main large balcony or sneak in some quiet moments while watching the sunset.

Unwind in the primary suite, which has its own bathroom and balcony. Feel at home with a king-sized bed, corner desk, comfy chair, TV, roomy closet, and two dressers. Relax in the spacious second bedroom, which features a queen bed, private access to a bathroom, a TV, large dresser, and lounge chair. Host a slumber party in the third bedroom, equipped with two twin-over-half bunk beds, a TV, and sizable closet.

Keep your packing to a minimum by doing laundry with the full-sized washer/dryer. Enjoy new upgrades including new patio furniture, HD TVs, memory foam king and queen toppers, and primary bedroom dresser. Take advantage of the condo association’s three outdoor swimming pools, two indoor fitness centers.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
