This newly renovated, clean oceanfront condo is 2 bedroom - 2 bath, on the 2nd floor, and is right on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk at 36th street and steps to the ocean. It is professionally cleaned, after every renter, roomy and comfortable and is convenient to everything! It is perfect for a small family, 2 couples or for a girls or guys trip or just some close friends. (BUT- if you are looking to party hard, please keep looking.) Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and watch the dolphins while sipping your coffee from the living room or your own private balcony or master bed. Walk to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and more. Have a relaxing stroll along the seashore or a nice walk or jog on the boardwalk. Have fun picking up seashells or people watching from your 2nd floor balcony. Swim in the ocean or the condo pool. Full kitchen for all your cooking needs! There is both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, and utensils. My condo is handicap accessible, and there is a step in shower with grab bars. There is one free parking spot that you will have a pass for. Parking is right at the condo.
Easy access by elevator or a quick walk up one set of steps. This condo is strictly a NO PET condo!
Things to see and do close by: 1 block south there is a children’s playground on the beach and an adult set of monkey bars and such for the big kids and adults.
Visit the First Landing State Park or the historic Cavalier Hotel on the hill.
See King Neptune statue at 31st Street and be sure to take a photo.
Visit the Aquarium, Adventure Park or Ocean Breeze Water Park and The New Surf Park. Go surfing or boogie boarding or take lessons. Go deep sea fishing or dolphin Watching.
Rent Jet Skis or fish from the pier. Go golfing or putt putt!
Check out Rudee Inlet where the boats enter the Atlantic Ocean. Rent a boat or go Dolphin watching on a boat. Go parasailing and enjoy the views from above ground. Walk down the pier and see what people are catching. Rent a bike and cruise the boardwalk. Stop and listen to some music playing at various spots and restaurants along the boardwalk.
The outlet mall is 30 minutes away. Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is 30 minutes away. Colonial Williamsburg and Bush Garden’s amusement park are an hour away.
