Check-in is a breeze the 4 digit code to door sent via email prior to stay. The kitchen appliances are awesome. Frig has ice maker. Pots and pans, cups and plates available and some silverware. Coffee pot and toaster. We did alot of cooking which was very convenient. No bathroom door or bedroom door. Living room area very small had to push chairs back pretty far towards kitchen area in order to open out the sofa bed. My kids age 9 and 12 loved the corner table area to hang out and eat with their tablets. There is a door leading drom bedroom out to the patio pool area and main entrance door at the kitchen. Parking is in the grass along the ally behind the building. Long term tenant upstairs uses the paved parking spot so you can't. It wasnt very clean. Dead bugs under the furniture. Glad I took a vaccuum cleaner with me came in handy. Also no rugs at entryway doors and the brick walkway and patio has fine stones that stick to your shoes and feet so rug would have been a big help to keep the place clean. The sofa and chairs were stained and worn out looking. There was a musty smell also we sprayed everything with febreze to help. Some of the windows had only a screen and the wind out type so could feel warm air coming in from outside 90 degree weather. Pool water was warm and not refreshing but most of the time my kids had pool to themselves. Less than 5 min walk to beach but had to cross divided highway which i didn't like otherwise good safe location and quiet.
