With three private balconies, you’ll have ample space to savor breathtaking sunrises, enjoy oceanfront dining, and spot dolphins playing in the waves. Inside, four elegantly appointed bedrooms (all with Smart TVs) await, including three with en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for every member of your party.

The living area is bright and spacious with comfortable seating and great ocean views from the two balconies on the first floor. The living area also features a large 65' TV – perfect for family get-togethers and movie nights after a day spent at the beach.

The fabulous, top-of-the-line kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including an extra-large refrigerator/freezer), an island for extra seating, and lots of cabinet space.
The first suite occupies the entire second floor, offering a magnificent private balcony overlooking the ocean. It also features a bathroom with granite countertops, a tile-and-glass shower, and an oversize jetted tub. The second suite is also on the oceanfront and features private balcony access.

For those who need to mix in a little work during their stay, the first suite features a comfortable desk, and high-speed internet access is available throughout the home.

Parking is the weakest link in the property. The property is great but if you have more than 2 cars, there is no reasonable solution to more than 2 car hanging tags when more than 2 cars are needed. No solution on where the park. Ridiculous!!! I will not ever stay at this property again and seek an oceanfront house with AMPLE parking. VACASA gave me no solution beyond “you are only allowed 2 parking tags”. The lowest common denominator did cause a wrinkle in my week.

Not cleanly, pools and spa closed

We arrived to the condo shortly after check in and the beds were made and the bathroom sinks were cleaned, but that was the extent of the cleaning done prior to our arrival. My baby was crawling on the floor and in a matter of minutes his clothes and feet turned black from dirt. We mopped twice and it still wasn't great. The walls were filthy, as was the dining room table. There were unwashed blankets wadded up in a bedroom closet that smelled hideous. There was mold around the air conditioning vents, bugs in the shower, debris on the carpet (we found toothpicks and hair not vacuumed). My husband changed the air conditioning filter as it was completely covered in dust. There was dirt/or what looked like could have been dried blood on a top bed bunk sheet. The refrigerator had not been cleaned. Dust/cob webs hanging from the kitchen ceiling. I left a review the night we arrived and was told someone would be in contact as soon as possible for cleaning, we are on our way home a week later and did not hear from anyone. The pools and hot tub closed the morning after we arrived so that was quite a disappointment for our children. The elevators worked about 50% of the time so that was also a pain.

condo was as advertised.. few glitches with AC unit..Keyless entry would have been easier.

The 2 buildings of Sandbridge need some TLC. dirty stairwells, pool bathrooms with no toilet paper or women’s restroom locked from the inside for several days. There is no swim up bar at the ocean pool land the bar building is an wye sore and looks like it’s going to fall done. The Mexican restaurant on site was great. Brian from maintenance was AWESOME!

fabulous property

The condo is fantastic! It's well stocked for cooking at home for a big group. Views from the multiple balconies are stunning. Plenty of space. Coffee lovers beware! The glass carafe for the drip coffee maker was MIA and despite multiple calls to Vacasa and multiple promises, it remained missing for the duration of our stay. There was a Keurig machine, however we didn't bring Kcups so had to send someone out for supplies in order to have coffee in the morning. A seemingly minor detail but put a damper on our trip. Additionally, we had two in our group with difficulties walking which was only a problem when our elevator access key cards stopped working randomly one evening. We called Vacasa again and did receive a call from maintenance who shared that the elevators are frequently down at this complex. We did receive two additional keys (the next day) but by then, the original keys were working again. Beware if you are elderly or otherwise elevator dependent. Supposed to be nonsmoking area but we stepped out onto the balcony when we arrived to a could of tobacco smoke. Seemed to be the floor below us and thankfully a one time occurrence.

Rock Lobster

Our family had a wonderful time and the views were amazing. The home is very spacious and comfortable. We did experience some problems. The ceiling fans were very dirty, the ceiling vents were dirty, the patio furniture had a broken rocker, one of our key pads with key did not work(big inconvenience with 7 people), the stove had 1 large burner that did not work, the ice maker did not work. All this was communicated to Vacasa on our check in date and thru the week. However, two service tech's came out and took pics of the broken appliances but never came back. We were also told that: We stock the home with a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and dish soap. None was there. We did have an enjoyable time and we would come back but I don't want to have to clean again.
