Lounge by the private outdoor pool, take a dip in your very own indoor pool at any time of year, and enjoy a family vacation or reunion you'll remember for years to come.

This luxe oceanfront home features a number of wonderful updates: six bedrooms were completely remodeled in 2021, while 2020 brought an expanded beachfront deck, the outdoor pool, and a remodeled kitchen and second floor.

The house offers fantastic amenities on each of the three levels, making it the perfect spot for extended families, family reunions, corporate retreats, or getaways with golf buddies or friends. The kitchen features two refrigerators, two ranges, three ovens, two dishwashers, and a commercial ice maker for a nearly unlimited ice supply. Multiple gathering areas allow ample room to spread out, and the large dining space provides seating for all. Imagine Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner here!

When it comes to entertainment, there's a commercial arcade system with Pac-Man, Galaga, and much more in the game room, which also includes a commercial air hockey table, a pool table, a foosball table, and a bar table for card-playing. An Xbox 360 has been added to the theater room, which contains 16 seats and a 75-inch screen for viewing your favorite games, movies, and sports events.

There are flatscreen smart TVs in the great room overlooking the ocean, the game room, and all of the bedrooms. Other sources of entertainment include high-speed WiFi, Blu-ray players, and an outdoor basketball hoop.

Of the 11 bedrooms throughout the home, 10 have attached bathrooms, including two large suites on the third floor which overlook the ocean. The best views of the beach are from those two suites, the new multi-level back decks, and the great room with a fireplace. The new extended decks also offer patio dining for memorable evenings or mornings watching the sunrise.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
